Refund policy

At UNOWEYEABLE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item must be in its original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Items that do not meet the return conditions may not be accepted.

Return Method

Returns and exchanges are accepted by mail only.

We do not currently accept in-store returns or returns at a drop-off location.

Your order number
The email address used to place the order
The item or items you would like to return or exchange
The reason for your return or exchange
For exchanges, please include the preferred size, color, or item you would like instead
Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return or exchange instructions if your request is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping and Return Label

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

UNOWEYEABLE does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for purchasing and using their own return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as UNOWEYEABLE is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item, size, or color is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange if it is approved.

If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item, our customer support team will provide further instructions.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@unoweyeable.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Items may not be accepted for return or exchange if they are worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, missing tags, or returned without original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange if clearly stated on the product page.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@unoweyeable.com.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
